Erin DeRuggiero is a former AI healthcare technology entrepreneur with three exits. Her pivot towards writing and producing came after the successful sale of her most recent company, TI Health, in 2023.

Ampullae produced the Erik Jensen, Jessica Blank directed indie BROOKLYN, MINNESOTA starring Amy Madigan, in 2024, kicking off a string of investments in film & TV that followed, aimed to elevate underrepresented voices, talent and storylines.

Partnering with seasoned director and executive producer Nicole Jordan Webber (TASK, MARE OF EASTTOWN) on FLYOVER, a film about Midwestern generational farming families in Palmyra, MO.

Joining forces with filmmaker Trey Borzillieri to help finance the final installment of his EVIL GENIUS franchise.

Producer of the musical STARSTRUCK, music & lyrics by Emily Saliers of The Indigo Girls with Beth Malone (FUN HOME) premiering in 2026.

Erin is currently developing an original unscripted comedy series slated for production later this year.
